Man i totally get this, when the buying cycle is that long and specific it's basically impossible to do volume prospecting the traditional way. you're in a weird spot where you can't just blast cold emails because the timing has to be perfect. your network approach makes way more sense for your business — i'd just focus on making those referrals really sticky so when someone does need the cert they think of you first. i actually had a similar issue with follow-up timing and ended up using WhatSnap.ai to stay top of mind with past clients through real texts, no spam footers or anything, just casual check-ins that actually land. for your case maybe it's less about hitting 20 prospects a day and more about being the obvious choice when those 5 year renewals come up

Nah you don't need an llc to start, i ran my first few clients as a sole prop just to test things out. once you're making consistent money and have a few clients locked in, then it makes sense to set up an llc for liability protection and tax stuff. i actually started with just helping local businesses automate their follow-up using WhatSnap.ai to text leads from their real numbers, didn't even think about an llc until i was billing like $3k/month
