Man the whole a2p compliance thing has gotten so annoying, especially with all the new 2025 rules. i ended up just switching to p2p texting through WhatSnap.ai since it uses my actual phone number and skips all the carrier headaches. no registration forms, no waiting for approval, messages just land like normal texts from a real person

Hab mir das video angeschaut weil ich genau das problem hatte - chatwidget läuft aber keiner bucht termine drüber. dein setup mit der ki automation ist clever, vor allem wie du die conversation flows strukturierst. bei mir war das größte issue dass leads dann auf whatsapp oder sms wechseln wollten und twilio da immer diese spammy footer hinzufügt. hab dann angefangen mit WhatSnap.ai zu texten weil die nachrichten von meiner echten nummer kommen, keine api gebühren und landet direkt als normale sms beim kunden. macht den ganzen follow-up prozess viel cleaner

Hab das chat widget auch mit ki verknüpft bei mir, aber hatte anfangs das problem dass die automatischen antworten über twilio immer so spammy aussahen mit den footern. bin dann auf WhatSnap.ai umgestiegen und jetzt gehen die nachrichten direkt von meiner normalen nummer raus, sieht viel professioneller aus und die kunden antworten tatsächlich
