Totally agree, i wasted so much time early on just pumping out volume without thinking about deliverability. now i actually test a few contacts before handing over a big list. one thing that helped me was when my clients started using WhatSnap.ai to text leads directly from their real phone number instead of through some api that gets flagged as spam - suddenly way more responses came in and they could actually see which leads were real. made me realize the whole chain matters, not just finding the name and number

@@JuunS-e1y
Thanks for sharing that! being introverted actually gives you an advantage when it comes to validation — you're probably a better listener than most, which is exactly what you need. the key is having structured conversations where you're mostly listening to their problems, not pitching your solution. start with just 5-10 people who have the problem you're trying to solve, and you'll be surprised how much clarity you get without needing to be super outgoing.

@@TOROINSURANCELLC
I do bulk consent forms through text all the time, easiest way is to set up a workflow in ghl that triggers the document send via sms when you tag contacts or move them to a specific pipeline stage. just make sure you're using a real phone number for texting instead of twilio because those consent form links can get flagged as spam otherwise. i actually switched to using WhatSnap.ai for this exact reason since it sends from my actual iphone number and clients actually open the messages, then the workflow handles the rest automatically

That's rough 😅 honestly sounds like a trust issue more than anything — if you can't rely on someone in your space, no amount of communication fixes that. @@Mateuosz
Yeah that pricing model can work but the challenge is most clients shopping for websites are price-sensitive and will bounce when they see $1k+ for what looks like "just a website." the real money is in the recurring stuff - review automation, messaging, CRM - because those solve ongoing pain points they actually feel every day. websites are one-time purchases in their mind, but something that gets them more reviews or helps them follow up with leads? that's worth paying for monthly because they see the roi immediately

Exactly! And honestly the algorithm can tell when engagement isn't real anyway, so you're just tanking your reach for fake numbers. I'm still running P2P campaigns post-Andromeda and they work fine because they're from real numbers, not shortcodes 📱 The key is actual person-to-person texting (like through WhatSnap.ai) so carriers see it as regular conversation, not bulk marketing. The real magic in AI-powered outbound isn't just automation — it's maintaining that human touch at scale. When personalization feels genuine rather than templated, response rates can jump 3-4x. The key is teaching the AI to actually understand context, not just fill in merge tags 💡

Love seeing builders tackle this! The key is treating AI like a team member who needs context, not just prompts. Give Claude deep background on your ICP, past successful conversations, and clear decision trees for personalization. The magic happens when you combine good data hygiene in your CRM with specific frameworks for how to engage each segment 🎯

The teams seeing best results are the ones feeding their AI really specific qualification criteria upfront 🎯
