honestly if you're just starting out i'd focus on getting your CRM dialed in first — everything else builds from there. once you have that foundation, the biggest thing is making sure your messaging actually works. like i was burning money on twilio fees and half my texts weren't even landing until i switched to whatsnap which just texts from my real number. way simpler.
for integrations, just make sure whatever you pick plays nice with your CRM. zapier can fill gaps but native integrations are always smoother and less headache down the road
