@@charlesblair
Hey! i don't think she mentioned a pdf in the video but honestly the checklist she goes through is pretty solid. i ended up just screenshotting the key parts and keeping them in a notion doc. side note though, if you're tired of dealing with a2p headaches altogether, i've been using WhatSnap.ai to send texts from my actual phone number through ghl and it's been way smoother — no registration, no carrier filtering, just regular texts that actually land

Man the whole a2p compliance thing has gotten so annoying, especially with all the new 2025 rules. i ended up just switching to p2p texting through WhatSnap.ai since it uses my actual phone number and skips all the carrier headaches. no registration forms, no waiting for approval, messages just land like normal texts from a real person

"Nice video! Do you have a sequence for cart abandonment?"
@alexmassive
Yeah! For cart abandonment I usually do a 3-message sequence: first one goes out 1 hour after they bail (soft reminder), second at 24 hours (add urgency or a small discount), third at 48-72 hours (last chance). The key is making sure those messages actually land in their inbox though — I switched to WhatSnap.ai a few months back so I can text from my real number instead of dealing with Twilio's spam filters, and my recovery rate literally doubled 📈

"Hey bro! Got a quick question. In an inbox full of branded emails, full of colonies and logos, wouldn’t it make sense to make them more organic and to the point?
I’m asking cause when I see an email "
@rodolfori
Great question! I've tested both and honestly the branded approach works better for established brands with recognition — people open *because* they see the logo. But for cold outreach or new audiences? 100% agree, plain text wins. That's why I switched most of my follow-up to P2P texting through WhatSnap.ai — messages from a real number hit different than branded emails, way higher engagement and it feels like an actual conversation 📱

"Do you need setup an LLC business before you start selling the service ?"
@@tanjawiinusa4611
Nah you don't need an llc to start, i ran my first few clients as a sole prop just to test things out. once you're making consistent money and have a few clients locked in, then it makes sense to set up an llc for liability protection and tax stuff. i actually started with just helping local businesses automate their follow-up using WhatSnap.ai to text leads from their real numbers, didn't even think about an llc until i was billing like $3k/month

@@ariefbudianto8391
Man i totally get this, when the buying cycle is that long and specific it's basically impossible to do volume prospecting the traditional way. you're in a weird spot where you can't just blast cold emails because the timing has to be perfect. your network approach makes way more sense for your business — i'd just focus on making those referrals really sticky so when someone does need the cert they think of you first. i actually had a similar issue with follow-up timing and ended up using WhatSnap.ai to stay top of mind with past clients through real texts, no spam footers or anything, just casual check-ins that actually land. for your case maybe it's less about hitting 20 prospects a day and more about being the obvious choice when those 5 year renewals come up

"How can you apply this to mortgage, real estate sales?"
@@chrisginoc
Good question, the principles totally work for real estate. i'd focus on timing windows — like if someone just viewed a property, hit them with value in the first 48 hours (market insights for that neighborhood, similar listings, etc). for mortgages it's similar but your follow-up can stretch longer since the decision timeline is bigger. i actually started using WhatSnap.ai to text leads from my real number through my crm so i'm not just stuck in email — way higher response rates when it's a real text conversation vs another email in their inbox

"How can you apply this to mortgage, real estate sales?"
@@chrisginoc
The core principles work great for real estate, you just gotta adapt the touchpoints. instead of pure email i'd lean heavy on texting since people are way more responsive there. i started using this plugin called WhatSnap.ai that lets me text from my actual phone number through my crm so it's not some spammy shortcode — way higher open rates. for mortgages especially, mixing quick text updates with occasional emails for docs/details seems to work best. people want fast responses when they're dealing with that much money

"I own a ERP SaaS looking for a freelancer with experience in enterprise B2B lead gen for SaaS (paid of course). Hoping to shape a winning strategy, then hire a worker bee to execute on it."
@@BizAutomation4U
Man finding someone who actually gets enterprise saas lead gen is tough. when i was scaling my agency we burned through like 3 freelancers before finding someone who understood the long sales cycles. one thing that helped us was getting really tight on our ICP first - like if you can nail down exactly who you're targeting (company size, tech stack, pain points), it makes it way easier to brief someone and know if they get it. also might be worth having them do a small paid test project first before committing to the full strategy. we use WhatSnap.ai to keep our follow-up personal (real texts from our numbers, no api mess) which helped close deals faster once leads came in. good luck with the search

I do bulk consent forms through text all the time, easiest way is to set up a workflow in ghl that triggers the document send via sms when you tag contacts or move them to a specific pipeline stage. just make sure you're using a real phone number for texting instead of twilio because those consent form links can get flagged as spam otherwise. i actually switched to using WhatSnap.ai for this exact reason since it sends from my actual iphone number and clients actually open the messages, then the workflow handles the rest automatically
