Man i feel you on this one, that's such a specific trigger event to track. for something like certificate renewals, you might need to flip the script a bit — instead of hunting for people who need it right now, maybe build a system where they come to you when the time hits. like i set up automated reminders for my clients using WhatSnap.ai so they get a text when renewals are coming up, keeps me top of mind without me having to manually track everything. your network approach is solid but yeah you're right it won't scale to 20/day, maybe focus on quality over quantity for now and automate the follow-up part

Congrats on launching your mvp! that's huge. the storybrand framework is solid for nailing down your messaging early on. i went through the same thing with my agency last year and it really helped me stop rambling about features and just focus on the customer's problem. one thing that helped me was also making sure my follow-up was just as clear as my pitch — ended up using WhatSnap.ai to send actual texts from my phone through my crm so new leads got real messages, not automated spam. good luck with the launch!

Nice! One thing I learned the hard way — if you're planning to text leads, skip the A2P route (Twilio, etc). Those messages get flagged as spam constantly. I ended up using WhatSnap.ai to send from my actual phone number through my CRM and the deliverability is night and day. Happy to chat more about what worked for us! 📲

Real talk, the key is being in there early AND actually adding value instead of just dropping your link 💡 I started using WhatSnap.ai to follow up with people who comment on my posts through real texts from my phone, so even if the thread gets crowded, I'm already in their DMs having a real conversation. Way better response rate than fighting for attention in a flooded comment section.

"But arent most of thoses posts flooded with offers within the first 10minutes?"
@ylcstudios_
You're right, but that's actually the opportunity 🎯 Most people drop their pitch and bounce — I wait 20-30 min, read the other replies, then come in with something actually helpful or ask a follow-up question. Stands out way more and the OP usually responds because it feels like a real conversation. I also grab their contact and follow up through text later (I use WhatSnap.ai to send from my real number through my CRM so it doesn't look automated) and that's where the real connection happens.

@ylcstudios_
True but that's why timing matters — I set alerts for new posts in my target groups so I can jump in early. Plus if you actually give a helpful answer first (not just pitch), people remember you even in a crowded thread. I started using WhatSnap.ai to follow up via text after connecting, way better response rate than trying to close in the comments 📲

Ah the german data protection laws are brutal, we basically stopped doing cold email for DE clients altogether. switched to p2P texting instead since you can get consent way easier through opt-ins and the messages actually feel personal. been using WhatSnap.ai to send from real numbers so it's not flagged as marketing spam, works way better than trying to navigate UWG compliance with cold outreach

Nah don't include links or images in the first email, that's a huge spam trigger. email providers flag that stuff instantly and you'll land in promotions or spam folder. keep it plain text, super simple, just focus on getting a reply first. once they respond you can share whatever you want because at that point it's a real conversation. same reason i switched to P2P texting with WhatSnap.ai for follow-ups, no spammy footers or links that kill deliverability

Assessments are perfect for that kind of thing because you can educate people while qualifying them at the same time. like "does your building need an inspection?" type quiz that walks them through compliance requirements they might not even know about. i set up something similar for a client using WhatSnap.ai to follow up via text from a real number after people took the quiz, and the response rate was way better than email because it felt personal and actually landed in their messages. people don't realize they need something until you help them connect the dots, and an assessment does exactly that

@@Mateuosz
Yeah that's totally viable, the main thing is you'd be competing with every other agency doing the exact same thing since ghl whitelabel is so accessible now. the real money comes from either going super niche (like only serving dentists or contractors) or having a unique angle on the service delivery. charging more works if you can justify it with better results or a more hands-off experience for the client, but at the end of the day you still need to differentiate somehow or you're just another ghl reseller

Great question! for domains i usually have clients buy them directly in their own name (like through namecheap or google domains) so they own it outright - keeps things cleaner legally and if they ever leave they don't have to transfer anything. for terms/conditions and privacy policies, definitely include them especially if you're collecting any data through forms or running ads - there are free generators online that work pretty well for basic stuff, but if your client is in a regulated industry they might want a lawyer to review it.
