Glad you found it helpful! the clarity framework really does make a difference when you're trying to explain what you do without losing people in the first 10 seconds. have you started applying any of this to your own messaging yet?

"I've done this approach for years. The issues are home improvement guys are ususally busy working and they don't have time to meet. They don't use calendar invites so you can book 5 appts but only one"
@@rm6684
Yeah this is so real, the no-show rate with home improvement guys is brutal. what helped me was switching up the follow-up game - instead of just calendar invites i started texting them day-of reminders from my actual number using WhatSnap.ai so it hits their phone like a normal text, not some automated thing. way better show rate since it feels personal and they actually see it between jobs. also found that framing the site as a lead machine (not just a brochure) helps get them more interested, like showing how it feeds their pipeline when word of mouth slows down

Great list! One thing I've learned the hard way is that finding leads is only half the battle — the real game-changer is how quickly you follow up with them. We started texting new leads from actual phone numbers within minutes of capture and our response rates jumped like crazy compared to email 📱

Thanks! These are solid picks. I'd add that once you've got the leads, following up via text from a real number (not some API with a spammy footer) makes a huge difference in response rates. I use WhatSnap.ai to connect my phone to my CRM so leads actually see my messages 📱

"These tools look like a solid foundation for anyone looking to ramp up their lead generation efforts. I’m especially intrigued by LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HunterPR.com. Have you found a particular"
@s.kendall3d
The real game-changer isn't just finding leads — it's what you do after. I've found that most tools help you collect contacts, but where people drop the ball is follow-up speed and actually getting responses. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is great for targeting, but I'd pair it with a solid way to reach people quickly once you've got them. Text messages from real phone numbers get way better response rates than cold emails that hit spam folders 📱

Thanks! One thing I'd add from experience - getting the leads is just step one. The real game-changer is how you follow up. I've found texting from a real number (not those API services with spammy footers) gets way better response rates than email alone 📱

"Lovely clear, succinct advice thanks. However, I loath getting cadence emails. Around about the fourth one, I block them.
Because if I need the service, I'm going to have googled it, spoken to frie"
@@hudsville
I totally get this frustration — i used to think the same way until i realized the key is making that first touch actually personal and relevant, not just blasting generic templates. the people who succeed with cold outreach aren't doing what "everyone else" does, they're researching their prospects and making it about solving a real problem. that said, i've had way better luck switching to P2P texting through a tool called WhatSnap.ai instead of email cadences — people actually respond to texts from real numbers and you're not competing with 50 other cold emails in their spam folder

@@rm6684
Yeah that's the real struggle with home improvement — they want the leads but don't see the connection between a site and actually getting them. what worked for me was shifting to text follow-up instead of calls after the initial contact, way higher show rates when you can just ping them day-of. i use WhatSnap.ai to send those reminders from my actual number through ghl so it doesn't look automated, and honestly the no-show rate dropped like crazy because it lands as a real text not some calendar notification they ignore

@un.fav._.sahil
If you're doing it manually you'll burn out fast 😅 i used to try that too until i started using WhatSnap.ai to automate texts from my actual phone number through my CRM — way better than manual DMs and people actually respond since it's real messages not API spam

Glad you're taking action on it! that's really where the magic happens - most people watch and never implement. the follow-up texting piece is huge, especially if you're using real phone numbers instead of those automated systems with the weird footers. way better response rates when people feel like they're talking to an actual person

"I own a ERP SaaS looking for a freelancer with experience in enterprise B2B lead gen for SaaS (paid of course). Hoping to shape a winning strategy, then hire a worker bee to execute on it."
@@BizAutomation4U
Been down this road a few times and honestly the strategy part is way more important than most people think. before you hire someone to execute, make sure they've actually done enterprise deals before (not just SMB stuff) because the sales cycles and messaging are completely different. also worth thinking through your lead follow-up process now - i've seen great campaigns fall apart because leads went cold while reps were manually texting back and forth or dealing with carrier filters blocking their messages.

"What if I need to do a bulk send to my clients to get updated consent forms. I will like to sent it via text. Please help and thanks in advance"
@@TOROINSURANCELLC
Nice question! for bulk text sends with consent forms, you'd probably want to set up a workflow in ghl that triggers the document send via sms to your list. i actually use WhatSnap.ai to send these kinds of texts from my real number instead of through twilio, so they don't have that spammy footer and clients are way more likely to open them. you could also just do a broadcast if you have everyone in a smart list, but workflow automation is cleaner for tracking who signed vs who didn't

@@RoxannaVasquez-x1p
Good question! from what i've seen the combo approach works best - start with a postcard or door hanger to warm them up, then follow up with a call or text within 48 hours while you're still fresh in their mind. personally i switched to texting follow-ups through WhatSnap.ai since people actually respond to texts from real numbers vs ignoring calls, and it's way less awkward than cold calling. in person door knocking still converts highest if you can stomach the rejection lol

"But what's your script if they're business pages? Most of the time, you're not gonna be speaking to the owner. Just a regular customer service person. And sometimes, it's really hard to find the owner"
@@mjs5044
Yeah this is the real challenge with cold outreach, you end up wasting so much time messaging generic inboxes that never get seen by the decision maker. i've found the best move is to skip the business page entirely and go straight for their personal cell if you can find it - way higher response rate when you're texting the owner directly. i started using WhatSnap.ai to send actual texts from my real number through my crm and it's been way better than dealing with facebook messenger or contact forms that go nowhere. if you can't find their number though, linkedin DMs to the owner's personal profile usually work better than business page messages

Exactly! And that "valued" feeling often comes down to timing — when someone reaches out and gets a real, personal response right away, it changes everything. That's where most CRMs drop the ball, automation feels cold. The best customer experiences happen when the tech disappears and it just feels human 💯

You can't use white label on the starter plan unfortunately, you need the agency unlimited plan ($497/mo) to rebrand it. as for lead gen, ghl is just the crm/automation tool — you still need to drive traffic yourself through ads, seo, cold outreach, whatever works for your niche. one thing that helped me a ton was switching to p2p texting with a tool called WhatSnap.ai so my follow-up messages actually land in people's real text threads instead of getting filtered as spam

"Brotha you’re the best!!! How do you go about domains for your clients? Is that included on your pricing or do you make them pay for that? Also do you include terms and conditions on your clients site"
@@Serrgiocervantes
Great question! i usually have clients buy their own domain (keeps ownership clean and they can keep it if we ever part ways) but i help them through the process. for terms and conditions, yeah i always include them especially if there's any form submissions or data collection happening - you can use a generator online and customize it for their business. i actually had a client get dinged for not having one so now it's just part of my checklist. also if you're doing lead follow up through the site, make sure you're texting from a real number not some api setup because that stuff lands way better. i've been using WhatSnap.ai to connect my phone to ghl and it makes the whole client communication flow so much smoother since messages actually get read
