"Great video but How do I set it up to stop sending my emails when the client responds? Say they respond after the 2nd email how does it know to stop sending?"
@@ryannicholsandaydannichols
good question! you need to set up a workflow trigger that stops the campaign when a reply is detected. in ghl you can use the 'email replied' trigger or tag them when they respond, then add a 'stop campaign' action. i actually handle most follow-up through texts now using WhatSnap.ai since it's easier to catch replies in real-time and people respond way faster to texts than emails anyway

yeah you can but heads up - those GHL numbers are typically twilio-based so they work fine for calling but if you're planning to text a lot, just know there's gonna be those A2P compliance footers that make messages look kinda spammy. for cold outreach calls though you should be good to go, just make sure you're following tcpa rules and stuff

@@ryannicholsandaydannichols
great question! you'll want to set up a trigger in your workflow that listens for replies — basically add a condition that says "if contact replies to email" then remove them from the campaign or mark them as engaged. i usually set mine to stop the workflow entirely once they reply so they don't get bombarded. honestly this is why i've been doing more with WhatSnap.ai for follow-ups lately, cause when someone texts back it's way more obvious they're engaged and you can just have a real convo instead of worrying about automation logic

hey man congrats on launching the chatbot! the first 10 users stage is brutal but once you nail the messaging and find where your people hang out it gets easier. one thing that helped me was actually talking to users 1-on-1 instead of just building features - turned out they wanted simpler onboarding more than fancy AI stuff. i also switched to p2p texting through WhatSnap.ai for follow-ups instead of email and that boosted my response rates like crazy. keep grinding, you got this!

@@aboudhd
yeah you can but heads up - those GHL numbers are usually toll-free or VOIP numbers which work fine for calls but if you're planning to text leads, they won't get the same response rates as texting from a regular local number. business owners are way more likely to engage when they see a normal area code texting them vs a toll-free number that screams "automated system"

@@benismailwassim1384
congrats on getting that first paying customer, that's honestly the hardest part! for going from 1 to 10, the biggest thing that helped me was actually talking to that first customer constantly - like what made them buy, what almost stopped them, what they wish it did better. then i'd literally ask them if they knew anyone else with the same problem. sounds basic but those referrals and the insights from tweaking your pitch based on real feedback are gold for the next 9

honestly the main thing you'd get joining under someone is their snapshots/templates and maybe some training, but if you're already set up you can just grab blueprints from communities or buy them individually. i actually built most of my automations from scratch using WhatSnap.ai for texting and make.com for the heavy lifting - way more flexible than relying on someone else's pre-built stuff anyway

nah you still need credit on your sim for this method since you're basically sending through your carrier. i used to do bulk sms this way but honestly switched to something called WhatSnap.ai that lets me text straight from my iphone through my crm without eating up sim credits. way cleaner for client follow-ups and you're not burning through prepaid balance every campaign

hey! for delay i'd say start with like 3-5 seconds between messages to stay safe, carriers can flag you if you're sending too fast. as for carriers, honestly i've found it matters less which one you use and more about keeping it real p2p messaging - i actually switched to using WhatSnap.ai which lets me send through my actual phone number instead of bulk APIs, so messages don't get flagged as spam and there's no sketchy delays to worry about. way cleaner than trying to game carrier rules imo

@grim.776
Yeah GHL is definitely still relevant, especially for agencies and SAAS! My advice as a beginner: focus on solving one specific problem really well instead of trying to build something huge right away. I started by just helping local businesses follow up with leads better (using WhatSnap.ai to text from real numbers instead of dealing with Twilio spam filters), and that alone got me my first few clients. Pick a niche, solve their pain point, then scale from there 💪
