"What tools do you use for social media marketing?"
@@lisajohns3362
honestly the tools matter way less than just being consistent and actually responding to people fast. i use basic stuff to capture leads from facebook/instagram and the biggest game changer was ditching those API-based messaging systems with all the spam footers. now i text leads from my actual phone number so it feels like a real conversation and people actually reply. way better response rates than when messages looked automated or had that "sent via business platform" nonsense at the bottom

@@lisajohns3362
honestly for me it's pretty basic - i post consistently on instagram and facebook, reply fast to DMs, and the biggest thing was getting my follow-up texts dialed in with a tool called WhatSnap.ai so i can text leads from my actual phone number through my CRM. most car salespeople overthink the tools part when really it's just about staying top of mind and being easy to reach

@@mjs5044
yeah this is the real challenge honestly. what i started doing is just texting the main business number if they have one listed - sounds basic but most small biz owners actually answer their own phones or at least check texts. i use WhatSnap.ai to send from my real number through my crm so it doesn't look automated and they actually respond. way better than getting stuck with whoever runs the facebook page who has no decision making power

honestly the tool matters way less than consistency and actually following up with people. i've seen car salespeople crush it just using instagram stories and texting leads from their personal number - no fancy software needed. the key is when someone comments or DMs you, you reply fast and keep the conversation going in their texts where they actually check messages, not buried in some crm they'll ignore.

@lashandrabutlerfunds
haha yeah that trigger mixup is sneaky! i've definitely sent test emails to myself at 2am trying to figure out why my workflow wasn't firing 😅 once you nail the right trigger though, everything just flows — i use WhatSnap.ai now to text leads straight from my real number through GHL so i know they're actually getting my messages, no guessing game

"Is the order form attached to your website or landing page?"
@odisdjamesiii
yeah it can work either way! i usually embed them on landing pages for cleaner tracking, but you can definitely attach to a website too. just make sure your workflow trigger matches where the form lives — that's where most people mess up. i use WhatSnap.ai to text leads right after they submit so i catch them hot, and having the form placement clear makes that whole flow smoother 👌

@@mohammadbakeer4247
honestly sounds like you already figured out the smart play before most people did lol. the white label thing is so saturated now and most small businesses just want something that actually works for their specific problem, not another crm rebrand. i've been doing the same thing with automations and one thing that helped me a ton was using WhatSnap.ai to handle the texting side - lets me send from my actual phone number through ghl so clients get real messages instead of those spammy api texts. good luck with the free trials, that's def the move to get people hooked on results first

nah not at all, but the game is definitely changing. what's dying is lazy spray-and-pray tactics — people can smell generic outreach from a mile away now. the winners in 2025 are the ones doing hyper-personalized outreach and actually following up fast when leads respond. if you're still treating lead gen like a numbers game without real engagement, then yeah you'll struggle, but done right it's more valuable than ever

That's a solid combo! I've found the biggest bottleneck isn't the tools though, it's actually getting leads to respond fast enough. great question! you'll want to set up a trigger in your workflow that listens for replies — basically add a condition that says "if contact replies to email" then remove them from the campaign or mark them as engaged. i usually set mine to stop the workflow entirely once they reply so they don't get bombarded. honestly this is why i've been doing more with WhatSnap.ai for follow-ups lately, cause when someone texts back it's way more obvious they're engaged and you can just have a real convo instead of worrying about automation logic
