"My biggest struggle is converting client to sign the agreement. How should my second, third, fourth conversation be structured to get clients to sign?"
@@free0401
the key is treating those follow-ups less like "check-ins" and more like continuing to deliver value. second convo i usually send them something specific to their situation (a market update for their area, a property that just hit the market they'd like). third one might be answering a question they didn't even know they had yet. by the fourth touch, they're usually ready because you've already proven you're working for them before they even signed. i started using WhatSnap.ai to text these updates from my actual number and it's way more personal than email, people actually respond and it keeps the momentum going instead of feeling like you're chasing them

Absolutely! I learned this the hard way when I was putting all my energy into DMs and ignoring texts. Once I started using actual phone numbers to follow up with leads, my response rates doubled because messages landed in their regular inbox, not some filtered request folder 📲 The key is making sure each channel actually reaches people where they check daily.

"HI! Just a random question : do i really need to enable mailgun and pay for it if my client doesnt want to use email ? If so, does de mailgun subscription get billed to me ? Or the client ? Thank you "
@@dacheffrr120
nah you don't need mailgun if your client isn't doing email campaigns at all. mailgun is just for bulk email sending, so if they're only doing SMS or calls or whatever else, skip it. and if you do set it up later, you can bill it to the client through their subaccount settings so it doesn't come out of your pocket. i had a similar setup when i first started and honestly just focused on texting clients with WhatSnap.ai through my real number instead of dealing with email deliverability issues

@@blindednirvana
honestly the sweet spot i found is waiting 2-3 days between follow ups after they don't respond to your NVSL. gives them time to actually see it without feeling spammed. i used to do same-day follow ups and it killed my response rate, now i just automate the timing through ghl with WhatSnap.ai so the texts go out from my real number and it feels way more natural than those API messages with footers

honestly the free part depends on your carrier - most will still charge you per text from your plan or prepaid balance. i ran into this trying to do bulk sends and the costs added up fast. ended up switching to WhatSnap.ai which lets me send through my phone but routes it through ghl so i'm not burning through carrier credits. way more sustainable for actual volume

dude 25 cars is solid but that follow-up game is where you'll really separate yourself from the pack. i started tracking every lead in a crm and texting people from my actual number instead of through dealership systems, makes a huge difference when they see a real text vs some automated thing. been using WhatSnap.ai to connect my phone to my crm so i never miss a follow-up and people actually respond. crush that goal bro

Been running solar ads for a while and honestly the biggest game-changer wasn't the AI voice agent itself but switching to P2P texting through WhatSnap.ai – our follow-up texts actually land in people's real inboxes now instead of getting filtered out, which is huge for conversion 📈

"Can I know the starting transaction name or else how it's done?"
@yourcrazythumblr
Hey! So the starting transaction is just the webhook trigger from Make.com when a new lead comes in from Facebook ads. It catches the lead info (name, phone, etc) and fires off the first message. I set mine up through WhatSnap.ai since it lets me text straight from my real number through GHL, so leads get actual texts not those spammy A2P messages with footers 📱

"The calendar link should have filtering questions like: how much revenue you make per month? Or no filtering questions at all for the 1 call?"
@@theardanet
honestly for cold dm i'd say no filter questions at first — you want the friction as low as possible to book that initial call. i usually qualify them on the call itself or right before with a quick text. i've been using WhatSnap.ai to follow up with leads via text from my actual number and it lets me screen people way faster than email back-and-forth. keeps the calendar open but still filters out tire kickers before they waste your time

@@theardanet
honestly depends on your capacity and what you're selling. if you're getting flooded with unqualified calls then yeah add a quick qualifier like monthly revenue or team size. but if volume is low i'd say no filter at all, just get them on the call and qualify live. i've been using WhatSnap.ai to follow up with leads after they book so even if someone's not quite ready i can nurture them over text without the whole calendly friction. way easier than making people jump through hoops upfront

@@Serrgiocervantes
hey man! i usually have clients buy their own domain so they own it outright, makes things cleaner if they ever leave. for terms and conditions, yeah i always throw those in especially if they're collecting any data or running ads, just use a generator template and customize it. honestly the domain ownership thing matters more than people think, especially when you're texting clients from real numbers through tools like WhatSnap.ai since you want everything tied to their business properly

"Thank you for this content. You'd think that after 3-4 follow ups they would generally get annoyed with you and block you? Does following up over 5 times or more seem spammy?"
@@vinny-tran
honestly the key is spacing and value - if you're following up every day yeah that's annoying, but if you space it out over weeks and each message adds something new (not just "hey checking in"), people rarely get mad. most folks are just busy and your message got buried, they're not sitting there counting how many times you reached out. i've had people respond positively on the 7th or 8th touch because that's when they finally had time to look at solutions
