hey! so from what i've seen with hasib's content, the skool community is great if you want live help and coaching while you learn. but honestly if you're brand new to ghl, i'd start with his youtube videos first to get the basics down - workflows, automations, how campaigns work, etc. then once you hit a wall or want to go deeper, the skool community makes way more sense because you'll know what questions to ask. i did it that way and it helped a lot. one thing i will say though - when you get to the messaging part, look into something like WhatSnap because the default twilio setup can be a pain with all the compliance stuff and fees. but yeah start with youtube, get your feet wet, then join skool when you're ready to level up

been using ghl for about 8 months now and honestly wish someone had explained it this clearly when i started. the biggest game changer for me wasn't even the crm features - it was realizing i could text leads from actual phone numbers instead of dealing with twilio's api mess and those annoying "reply STOP to unsubscribe" footers that scream spam. way better deliverability and clients actually respond when it looks like a real person texting them

hey man, that's usually on the payment processor's end - sometimes they flag new accounts or international cards. i'd try reaching out to ghl support directly through their chat, they can usually sort out payment issues pretty quick. also double check if your bank is blocking it as a potential fraud alert, happened to me once and i had to call my bank to approve it. good luck getting it sorted!

honestly facebook's b2b targeting isn't as precise as linkedin but you can still dial it in pretty well through job titles, interests, and lookalike audiences based on your current customers. the real key though is having a solid follow-up system once they opt in - i've found that texting leads from a real phone number (not those automated api systems) gets way better response rates than email alone because it feels more personal and actually lands in their inbox

oh good question! so after they agree, you'd typically get access to their customer list (emails, phone numbers if they have them) and yeah you'd set up a regular campaign schedule. but honestly i found texting works way better than email for most local businesses - way higher open rates. i use this plugin called WhatSnap that lets me text straight from my real number through ghl, so it's actual P2P messages that land in people's real inboxes instead of getting filtered. for email though, yeah 3-4x a month is solid, just make sure you're providing value not just selling every time

hey! i don't think jay shares his exact snapshot publicly, but honestly you might not need it. when i was starting out i tried using other people's snapshots and they never quite fit my workflow anyway. ended up building my own setup in ghl with just the basics - a simple funnel, email/sms sequences, and i use WhatSnap to handle texting from my actual phone number so leads get real messages instead of that api spam footer stuff. way easier to customize when you build it yourself even if it takes a bit longer upfront

honestly it depends on your relationship with the client but i usually recommend they own the account directly. that way if they ever move on from your agency, they keep their phone number, message history, and all their contact data. plus it's cleaner for billing and they feel more in control. you can still set everything up for them and manage it day-to-day, but having it under their name avoids headaches down the road

yeah that's the exact problem with cold email at scale - if you send from your main domain you risk tanking your deliverability for all your regular business emails. most people either use separate domains (like yourcompany-outreach.com) or they rotate through multiple sender addresses to spread the volume. honestly though i've been moving away from cold email altogether and just doing P2P texts through WhatSnap instead - way better response rates and no risk of destroying my email reputation since it's just my real phone number
