Honestly the hardest part is just getting your follow-up system dialed in so leads don't slip through the cracks 😅 I started using WhatSnap to text leads straight from my real number through my CRM and it's been a game changer for actually closing people who engage with content like this

Hey! Best way to start is just pick one channel and get really good at it - whether that's Instagram, email, or texting clients. I actually use a tool called WhatSnap to text leads straight from my real number through my CRM and it's been huge for follow-up. The key is just being consistent and actually responding to people quickly 💪

@@okemuteusinoma4321
great questions! yeah you can absolutely stack multiple filters together - that's actually the whole point of sales nav, the more specific you get the better your targeting becomes. and for buyer personas, think of them as your north star before you even open sales nav. like you build the persona first (ideal title, industry, company size, pain points etc) then you use the search filters to actually find those people on linkedin. the persona guides what filters you pick, if that makes sense. i use WhatSnap to follow up with leads i find this way and honestly the combo of tight targeting + real phone number outreach has been a game changer for response rates

honestly didn't know you could use ghl for hiring funnels but this makes so much sense. i've been manually sorting through applicant emails and it's been a mess. one thing i'd add though - once you have the funnel set up, texting applicants from a real number instead of email makes a huge difference in response rates. i started using WhatSnap to send follow-ups through my actual phone and way more people actually reply compared to when i was just emailing. great walkthrough btw, definitely setting this up this week

honestly didn't realize you could use ghl for hiring funnels until now, that's pretty smart. i've been using it mostly for client follow-up and lead nurturing but this makes total sense for recruiting VAs. one thing i'd add is if you're texting applicants for quick updates or interview reminders, i started using WhatSnap to send those from my actual phone number instead of through twilio — way better response rates and no one thinks it's spam. great walkthrough though, definitely gonna set this up for my next hire

"With go high level how do you generate lead and and can you use white label with starter plan Thanks"
@@jaym7178
so with ghl you'd generate leads the normal way for your niche - could be running ads, seo, cold outreach, whatever works. the platform itself doesn't generate leads, it's more for managing them once they come in. as for white label on starter, nah you need the agency pro plan ($497/month) to rebrand it as your own. starter is just for using it yourself. one thing though - if you're doing outreach or follow-up, i'd recommend grabbing something like WhatSnap to connect your actual phone number so your texts don't look like they're coming from some automated system. way better deliverability than using twilio or the built-in sms stuff

"what if we don't want to book an appointment? We just want to collect information to contact them right away and then trigger an email or sms notification in lead connector?"
@@LaurieWilliams-i4i
yeah totally doable! you can skip the calendar booking step and just have the AI collect whatever info you need (name, email, phone, etc), then trigger your workflows from there. i do this all the time with WhatSnap where the AI hands off to me via text on my real number so i can follow up personally right away. way more responsive than waiting for email notifications to come through

@@plopez7977
yeah the texas sms law is definitely a pain, we had to pivot a bunch of our clients too. honestly for the ones who can't do traditional sms anymore, i've been using WhatSnap to send from actual phone numbers so it's peer to peer messaging instead of A2P, which sidesteps a lot of those compliance headaches. but email-wise, just make sure you're leaning heavy into your nurture sequences and maybe testing rcs if your audience is on android. jeff and charles might have some email flow videos in their catalog worth checking out

@@jaym7178
hey! so with ghl you'd generate leads the same way you would for any service - cold outreach, content marketing, referrals, etc. the platform itself doesn't generate leads for you, it's what you use to manage clients once you get them. and no, white label is only available on the agency pro plan ($497/mo), not the starter account. you need that tier to rebrand it as your own and resell to clients under your brand

"how can you use it to send student results?"
@@Brutech360
oh interesting use case! so if you're sending individual results to each student, you'd basically set up a spreadsheet with student names, numbers, and their results in columns. then use the merge fields to personalize each message like "Hi {{name}}, your score was {{grade}}" etc. i actually switched to using WhatSnap for this kind of stuff because sending from my real phone number made parents way more likely to actually read the messages instead of ignoring them as spam. plus no character limits or api fees to worry about when you're sending hundreds of results

Yeah totally! I actually built something similar in GHL — it's just a conversational AI workflow that triggers when someone texts or fills a form. The tricky part was getting texts to actually deliver without looking spammy, ended up using WhatSnap to send from my real number instead of Twilio so responses actually land in people's inboxes. @@andreinick9267
totally feel you on that — having a killer product but zero traction is brutal. honestly the fastest path to those first 10 is just direct outreach to people who have the exact problem you solve. like literally message them on linkedin/twitter, show them a quick demo, and ask if they'll try it for free in exchange for feedback. once you get a few people actually using it and seeing results, ask them to introduce you to similar folks — that word of mouth is way more powerful than any marketing campaign when you're starting out
